EXERCISES FOR PREGNANT AND POSTPARTUM WOMEN

During pregnancy, but also after the childbirth, your body goes through physiological changes that require an expertly designed exercise program.

Exercises for pregnant and postpartum women are organized in a way to help strengthen the entire musculature. With our trainer, you will be able to practice either individually or in groups. Whichever way will make you feel better.

Of course, the condition to start exercising is to obtain consent from the doctor who managed your pregnancy which you can receive after the doctor's appointment. At the appointment, the doctor will also determine whether the cervix is solid, tight and without contractions. Also, by taking a detailed medical history, the doctor will determine if there are any possible contraindications of exercising.

We are currently in the process of designing a program that will be adapted to all pregnant and postpartum women, as well as renovating the space where the exercises will be hosted.
